When I try to download software from an NPC ip address, it gives me a red "Access Denied" message in the terminal. Is this because my software is too low of level? If so, which ones do I need to upgrade?

this is generally because the software you're trying to download is an installed software. You can also try downloadid and using the processes ID #

Thank you! It was my mistake, I was using the download command and putting in the ID, instead of using the downloadid.
