A: @QWERTY000 You don't have a PulseSensor on your system. If your File Explorer or the ls command show a PulseSensor on your system but you still can't use the pulse command, then you were hacked and someone uploaded a trojan to your system. Easiest way to solve that is to run the format harddrive command and reset your IP immediately afterwards.

A: @NightRadier You can't download or upload an Intrusion Prevention System or a Network Packet Injection (used to bypass an IPS). You can, however, earn an IPS or NPI through Faction War rewards.
