Well, first of all as Dismas said, you should get C-mods and upgrade your firewall (to help block people from hacking you) and also your waterwall (to help you hack others) but you can also grind missions until level 25 and then you can obtain Alien waterwall, firewall, pulse sensor, rDDoS, and vMaker. these items will take less space and also, are a higher level which means that they are stronger and will help you more!

Hi, new player myself but this is what I found so far.
Every NPC computer you hack type scan. This will find "parts" to upgrade your software. In the menu find the Forge and you can use those parts to upgrade your firewall and anti virus (defence) and your waterfall (offence) |
