Call me whatever you want, but this is the first mission I seen of this type. Wtf is a stuxnet worm, how do I create/obtain one to upload to target system?

you can find the Stuxnet on NPC's. Currently it is on NSA (at the time of writing this) as well as others. In game it does nothing but you can use it to achieve this mission.
