Trojans are neat, they send you the IP of the victim even if they reset and automatically get restored to your slave list. They appear to be other software, see below for the list:

Install a trojan when you are not connected to a target
Usage:
install <trojanname> <softwaretype>
IE: install Pony Waterwall

Remember first, activate the trojan, it's in your rewards window. Next, upgrade it's level to the desired level you want it to be. Too high and you won't be able to upload to some victims that are of lower levels, too low and anyone can easily AV it off themselves. Lastly, type (for example) install Pony Waterwall

That would create a waterwall trojan at whatever level you made the pony beforehand and you can now upload to victims or NPCs and hope that someone downloads it.
